Where Not to Park

Reviewed:- 13-02-2011

Residents driveways MUST not be blocked in any way.
NO Parking in front of the school side gates as these are emergency and fire gates, access maybe required at any time by the emergency services 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Parents must NOT park in youth centre car park or block its entrance. The use of the the Youth centre car park is for people actually using the centre, such as Brownies, Over the Rainbow Playschool, Youth Club's. As the Newsletter has mentioned we have received complaints about this.
NO Parking in front of the school main car park gates - access is required for staff parking. In the case of an emergency access maybe required at any time by the emergency services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The car park must also NOT be used as a walking route into or out of school as this is very dangerous, please use the side gates to enter and exit the school
NO Parking on or in front of the official crossing markings, this is illegal and makes it very dangerous for the children trying to cross.
NO Parking on the grass verges by the junction of Holbrook School Lane and North Heath Lane as this is dangerous and causes congestion in the Lane. Please also do NOT park near the junction as this again causes unsafe crossing points for the children and parents.
