As you would have read many time in the school newsletter, the parking in
Holbrook School Lane is still a major concern to the School, the Governors, the local
local authority and a majority of parents. However there are some parents who
continue to park badly and illegally, this creates a safety issue as the children have
problems crossing the road and entering the school in safe way.

we are blessed that we have not any injuries or fatalities as yet, and we urge everyone to

Drive safely and within the speed limits !!
Park safely and within the law !!
Think of the children when near and parking by the school !!

The local Police are running operation crackdown, you may report by this link
bad or illegally operated cars, the website will ask you for your name and
contact details as they sometimes wish to verify them, your details are NOT
on to anyone.

We encourage you to report any cars parking badly or operating illegally

Did you know that the school has two car parks that the parents can use at school times, both within 5
minutes walk from the school. One is the Tythe Barn car park at the side of the school and enter via
the automated gate, the second is St Marks church where there is 34 parking bays and 2 disabled
parking bays, parking at one of these alternative car parks would help to give the children a safer
way to get to and from school.
